That is why they (and we) can fully guarantee you a perfect vacation full of harmony, peace, and beauty of Zanzibar. The hands-on owners launched the first villa in 2015. Since that time they’ve have developed Jambiani Villas, which is currently located on 3 properties.
All villas boast a spectacular uninterrupted view of the Indian Ocean, rivalling anywhere you’ve visited. The stunning scenery is complemented by on-site swimming pools, so you can take a dip whenever. Surrounding the pools is private decking, perfect for unwinding and catching some African sun. Every property provides WIFI as standard, access to a bar for drinks and daily housekeeping to make your stay out of this world.
You will wake up looking over Zanzibar’s beautiful coastline, making it impossible to feel stressed. The size means you can enjoy your own space whilst retaining privacy and ocean views. Spacious with three bedrooms, perfect for families. It’s also next to a pool and bar to keep you entertained throughout your stay. If you enter the villa, you will be overwhelmed by the breath-taking view of the Indian Ocean which you can see through a six-meter glass front. All villas have sea views and private outside space. During low tide, you can refresh yourself in the pool. Both the 3-bedroom villas are located in Kusini property.

What To Pack
As a guide, the maximum weight for checked luggage is 20kg in economy class and 30kg in business class. Your hand-luggage should not weigh more than 6kg and needs to be small and compact.
Take along your best beach and casual wear, perfect for the day. A light rain jacket might come in handy in the event of the occasional rain shower. Sunglasses and suntan lotion are a must. Flip flops, sun hat and a beach bag. If you’re planning on adventuring around the island (there’s so much more to see and do outside of your hotel!) be sure to pack a pair of comfy walking shoes, and lots of suncream!

Take Your Own
Don’t forget any medication that you might need, and be sure to pack it in your hand luggage.
Chargers for all your devices (it’s a good idea to take along a few movies on a tablet or something similar as the English TV channels in your hotel may be limited).
Take along your own goggles & snorkels – even though your resort will have this equipment available free of charge or to hire, you’ll probably be happier having your own.
Mosquito repellent. An underwater camera is a great idea.

Travel Tips
Pack a change of clothing in your hand luggage in case of baggage delays (and a spare cozzie so at least you can have a swim when you get to your resort). No sharp objects are permitted in your hand luggage (yes, tweezers are sharp!). Put electronics, medication, toothbrushes and jewellery in your carry-on bag.
Travel insurance is a must. If you can’t afford it, you can’t afford to travel! Travelling with kids – please check that you have all the relevant documents including unabridged Birth Certificates.
It’s often a good idea to let your bank or credit card company know that you’re going overseas.
